Małgorzata is an advocate and Senior Associate in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Litigation Department in the Poland office.

Experience

Malgorzata specialises in litigation and arbitration, representing clients before national courts and arbitral tribunals in complex commercial, civil and construction disputes. 

Małgorzata also advises on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, with experience in providing ongoing support to both creditors and debtors. 

Prior to joining DWF, she gained professional experience at leading law firms in Poland and France, advising clients across a range of sectors, including energy, financial services, IT, real estate, construction and FMCG. 

Małgorzata graduated from the University of Gdańsk. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ programme at Paris-Sud University in Paris. She also holds a master’s degree in business law from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris.
