Lucy is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team with almost a decade of post-qualification experience advising both landlords and occupiers, with a particular focus on retail, leisure, industrial and mixed-use developments. She has been recognised by The Legal 500 directory as "Leading Associate" in the 2025 and 2026 rankings.Lucy works closely with our largest corporate occupier clients which have substantial national real estate portfolios, advising on acquisitions, disposals and asset management. Her experience extends to acting for pension schemes, property investment companies, large corporate developers on strategic development schemes, funders and charities.
