Experience

Jyoti is Head of Client Care for Legal Advisory and works in partnership with the Legal Advisory leadership team, Partners and business support teams to ensure that the division delivers a best practice approach to operational risk management, compliance, governance and outstanding client care.

Key strategic areas include both an internal and external focus in particular with the key clients to drive business performance and strengthen client relationships through promoting best practice in respect to the management of risk across all areas, with a particular focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Jyoti's background is in human resources, employee engagement and operational management spending six years as Operations Director for DWF's Commercial Services Division. With a detailed knowledge of financial management, establishing operational structures and governance, these are the core foundations to creating a culture of excellence in client care. 

Jyoti is also the Diversity & Inclusion lead for Legal Advisory, supporting the divisional D&I leads and champions to promote best practice and ensuring global engagement to progress D&I agenda across all strands.
