Ignacio has more than 15 years of experience. He is specialized in dispute resolution, having intervened in many litigations and national and international arbitrations. He is well known for advising on corporate, financial, contractual and personal liability matters and insurance, defining strategic plans in pre-contentious stages, as well as inheritance and family inheritance affairs. He also has extensive knowledge on bankruptcy and good governance practices.
He advises a wide profile of clients which include family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, insurance companies, venture capital and electrical companies. He is a speaker at conferences on dispute resolution and bankruptcy law and was a spokesperson for the Dispute Resolution Board of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) from 2009 to 2012.
