Iga’s experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including private equity and venture capital projects, where she supports clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle – from legal due diligence, through structuring and negotiations, to execution and closing.
Her practice also covers ongoing corporate advisory, as well as involvement in corporate reorganisations or even liquidation processes, including the preparation of corporate documentation and coordination of regulatory filings.
