- Petrotank S.A. – advising private individuals in the disposal of the shares in Petrotank, a leading Morocco – based manufacturer of underground and overhead tanks.
- Advising a Polish joint-stock company by preparing a conditional loan agreement involving a loan exceeding 20 million PLN, which included structuring the terms, leading negotiations, and overseeing the entire process.
