Gary provides advice on onshore and offshore losses and liabilities of all types arising out of the oil and gas, power generation, renewables, construction, mining and marine sectors. He regularly advise on coverage, disputes and subrogation.
Gary deals with insurance and commercial matters from all over the world, and has been involved in claims relating to:
- Offshore construction projects;
- Onshore and offshore pipelines;
- FPSOs, FSRUs, MODUs, MOPUs and other types of rig;
- Control of well;
- Petrochemical facilities;
- Combined cycle power plants and turbines;
- Wind and solar farms;
- Hydro-electric and biomass facilities;
- Steel and paper mills; and
- Mines.
Gary has experience in domestic and international litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution methods including arbitration, mediation and adjudication. He regularly attends market meetings and is adept at reporting to insurers and reinsurers and liaising with adjusters and brokers.
