Experience
Felice has extensive experience in transportation law and advises on disputes in the air navigation and land transport sectors.
He regularly advises clients in regulatory matters, including compliance with the aviation rules, and in administrative procedures before the Aviation Authorities. He also advises clients in judicial and administrative disputes concerning aviation accidents and incidents and for all the aspects related to the aviation safety.
Felice has also experience in business and corporate law, with a specific focus on data protection and privacy matters.
He collaborates with the faculty of law at the University of Milan – Bicocca and at the University of Sassari (Sardinia) as Assistant Professor of Transportation and Navigation law. He is Lecturer at 1st Level Master course in Fundamentals Of The Air Transport System at Politecnico di Milano.
