Claire joined DWF in 2019 and has held a number of senior operational roles within the business, including Divisional Operations Director for Commercial Services.
As a longstanding member of the division’s core leadership team, Claire has a strong understanding of the business and its clients. She has played an integral role in shaping the division’s strategy, including the development of its three-year plan, and continues to lead its delivery as Managing Director.
Prior to joining DWF, Claire spent 15 years at Deloitte in its Corporate Restructuring team. In this client-facing role, she supported both creditor and debtor assignments, before specialising in cross-jurisdictional loan portfolio transactions on both the buy and sell side. She worked closely with stakeholders across businesses and financial institutions, providing hands-on support on complex matters.
Claire is a Chartered Accountant and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. She holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
