Experience

Caroline is active in all aspects of insurance work including motor, EL/PL, property, indemnity, abuse and HSE. She has been involved in many very high-value claims, usually resulting from catastrophic injury, and instrumental in developing and formulating approaches to claims handling, which avoid the unnecessary cost and delay, often associated with court process. Caroline is an active member of FOIL and advises and consults with clients and drafts responses to governmental consultations.
