Bogudar has vast experience in media law and advises pharmaceutical companies in connection with their operations in Poland. He has been an arbitrator in numerous arbitration proceedings.
Bogudar Kordasiewicz received the title of professor in 2011. He works at the Institute of Legal Sciences (PAN) in Warsaw. He is the editor-in-chief of the quarterly ‘Studies of Private Law’, as well as the editor of the prestigious multi-volume ‘System of Private Law’. He was also a guest lecturer at several foreign Universities (Belgrade, Hamburg, Regensburg), and did research on private international law in Germany at the Max Planck Institute. His publications include several books and more than 50 articles in Polish and foreign legal magazines. Prof. Kordasiewicz’s experience and knowledge is widely used in the course of legislative and expert works. Prof. Kordasiewicz cooperates with the Civil Law Codification Commission on a permanent basis. He is also the author of numerous legislative expert opinions. He also participates on an ad-hoc basis in numerous advisory bodies, related to the President of the Republic of Poland, Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Justice. He also cooperates with the Helsinki Foundation in Poland.
He has extensive experience in cooperating with companies from the pharmaceutical sector in the field of drug reimbursement, margins, tariff classification of medicinal products and medical devices.
