Experience
Bartłomiej specialises in competition law, unfair competition law, consumer protection law and issues related to foreign investment control. He advises on matters related to commercial contracts and distribution networks. He represents clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and courts.
He also has experience in arbitration proceedings, especially in cases involving unfair competition. He advises on matters related to sanctions, export control and internal investigations in companies.
For 6 years, he worked as an in-house lawyer for a large sales chain.
