Experience
Alberto has an extensive experience in banking and finance and advises primarily Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions, but also Italian and foreign corporations, in structuring, negotiating and implementing complex financing transactions, also cross-border, with a focus on real estate sector and project finance as well as on refinancing and debt restructuring.
Alberto gained a significant experience in real estate and development projects, also in the hotellerie sector.
His thorough knowledge of technical and banking matters enabled him to assist clients with a pragmatic approach also in acquisition and leverage finance transactions.
Alberto has been awarded an LL.M. at Duke University School of Law, Durham, N.C., U.S.A.
Prior to joining the firm, Alberto has worked in Milan for leading international and domestic firms.
