Alberto is an Associate in the Milan Office. He assists domestic and foreign companies in matters of commercial, corporate and energy law, with a particular focus on issues related to extraordinary transactions.
Alberto is a member of the Milan Bar Association and he also collaborate with the journal “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese”.
Graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Alberto worked at a prestigious national law firm before joining DWF, where he gained solid experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
