DWF assisted AATECH S.p.A. Società Benefit in the signing for the acquisition of the so-called Opyn group

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted AATECH S.p.A., an innovative tech builder listed on Euronext Growth Milan, in signing binding agreements for the acquisition of a stake exceeding 90% of the share capital of Business Innovation Lab S.p.A., a fintech company heading the group of the same name.
