DWF assisted Cherry Bay in finalising the investment transaction in Limolane

DWF assisted Cherry Bay Capital Group - an independent private capital and wealth advisory player dedicated to selected UHNWIs and family offices on an international scale, through the investment holding company Cherry Bay Capital Investment Club - and a qualified group of private investors and leading entrepreneurial families, in the finalisation of the investment transaction in Limolane.
The DWF team that assisted the investors in all due diligence, corporate, regulatory and contractual profiles, was coordinated by partner Luca Lo Po', and comprised of counsel Massimo Breviglieri and associates Rocco Tana and Isabella Marchetti for corporate and contractual profiles, partner Giorgio Manca and counsel Paola Mariani for labour law profiles, counsel Felice Cuzzilla for regulatory profiles and partner Marco Annoni for intellectual property profiles.
