DWF advises Equiniti on partnership with Endava

DWF has advised Equiniti, a leading international provider of tech-enabled shareholder, retirement and remediation services, on a 5-year deal with Endava, a leading next-generation technology services provider, to support the delivery of Equiniti’s product and engineering transformation.

Equiniti and Endava have partnered on many successful projects over the past three years, during which Endava has gained a strong understanding of Equiniti’s technology landscape and strategy. 

Endava is focused on accelerating the delivery of Equiniti’s transformative product and technology roadmap, to deliver best-in-class digital journeys for their clients and for the millions of end customers that benefit from their services.

With the extension of this partnership, Equiniti has become one of Endava’s top 10 clients globally.

Global Head of Corporate, Frank Shephard led the Corporate team at DWF who advised Equiniti, alongside Matt Judge, Anthea Nelson and the Polish Corporate and Tax team of Anna Wietrzyńska-Ciołkowska, Izabela Plis and Mateusz Bąk. Ben McLeod led DWF's Commercial team who advised Equiniti alongside Sam Hodgson and Simone Nel.
