The transaction consisted in the sale of 100% of shares in Sun Power Energy to Sonnedix Power Holdings Limited, a global solar independent power producer present in six European countries, in Chile, USA and Japan.
DWF advised on the full scope of the transaction, including drafting and negotiation of documentation.
The project was supervised by Dr Karol Lasocki, Head of Renewable Energy Department and Dr Rafał Woźniak (Local Partner) from the Corporate and M&A Department. The team involved in the project also included: Agnieszka Chylińska (Counsel), Krzysztof Jagiełło (Senior Associate) and Patrycja Figuła (Associate).
