Matthew has seven years' experience working in all aspects of work health and safety, regulatory and employment law. His health and safety and regulatory experience includes incident response and management, officer liability, notices to produce, coronial inquests and the defence of companies prosecuted by health and safety regulators. Matthew also advises clients on employment issues, including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, harassment, bullying, enterprise bargaining, building code compliance, underpayment of wages and employment contracts. Matthew was also named as a finalist in the Workplace Health and Safety category in the 2020 Awards.
Mason has over five years of experience practicing exclusively in the areas of employment, safety and regulatory. He provides advice to clients across a wide range of industries, including construction, mining, manufacturing and transport. Mason advises on all aspects of workplace relations law, including drafting and varying enterprise agreements, reviewing and drafting policies, procedures and contracts, advising on legislative interpretation, and instructing in industrial disputes
