Anup joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where, in his role as Chief of Business Operations, he successfully led the re-engineering of the firm's operational platform by creating a global centre to cover both legal and business services.
With over 17 years' experience, Anup has a proven track record in delivering strategic business change projects within the professional and financial services sectors, with a particular focus on transforming client engagement, operational excellence, employee engagement and service management. Working across global platforms, he leads leadership teams to align transformational change objectives to operating models and business architecture outcomes with a specific focus on clients. In his role as CEO of Managed Services, Anup will look to further build on the DWF strategy of providing clients with an integrated legal services solution for clients' complex law, Managed Services and Connected Services needs.
DWF's Managing Partner and CEO Andrew Leaitherland commented: "A significant part of delivering value is about delivering a full-service provision as a legal business, which, along with complex law and Connected Services, includes the volume work we deliver for clients in the UK and internationally. The expertise that Anup brings to this role will allow us to create a sustainable platform for future growth, and he will play a key part of how we provide integrated services to clients globally."
Anup added: "I am delighted to join an ambitious business like DWF, which has responded to the evolving expectations of clients with an innovative and commercially-focused approach to client service, and I look forward to working with a fantastic team to build on a successful strategy.”
