On Tuesday 3 March, women from across the sector came together once again at our London office for an uplifting evening dedicated to wellbeing, connection, and celebration.
Taking place during the week of International Women’s Day (IWD), the session reinforced the importance of creating spaces where women could feel supported both personally and professionally. As the construction sector continued to evolve, the event helped shine a light on the essential contributions of women across the industry and championed the IWD themes of inclusion, empowerment, and progress.
The evening began with a calming yoga session suitable for all experience levels. Whether attendees were beginners or seasoned practitioners, the session was designed to help everyone unwind, enhance mindfulness, and reconnect with their wellbeing after a busy workday.
After yoga, guests stayed for a relaxed networking reception. They enjoyed fresh sushi, champagne and mocktails while connecting with fellow women in construction, including colleagues from the DWF Construction and Infrastructure team. It offered an opportunity to share experiences, spark new conversations, and strengthen the community that continues to grow around this series.
