Pascale practices in corporate law, securities law and corporate finance, advising both listed and unlisted companies, as well as on corporate governance and the structuring of relationships between shareholders.
Pascale also advises on a broad range of equity investment transactions, including venture capital and growth capital investments, as well as LBO/MBO transaction and certain capital markets transactions, such as IPOs and PIPEs.
Pascale regularly acts for companies on private transactions, intra- group organisations, mergers & acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures, in both domestic and multijurisdictional contexts.
She has extensive experience in assisting growth companies, whether listed or unlisted, in the life sciences (biotech/medtech) and high technology sectors, and supports them at various stages of their corporate life and development, including in connection with initial fundraising rounds, subsequent financing rounds and the preparation and execution of external growth transactions or business combinations with other companies.
