DWF advises EthosEnergy on the sale of its steam turbine business in Poland

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, advised EthosEnergy Group Limited, a leading independent service provider to the global power generation sector, on the sale of the steam turbine services business, EthosEnergy sp. z o.o., to Acwa Field Services, the field maintenance and technical services subsidiary of Saudi-listed Acwa.
DWF provided comprehensive legal support to EthosEnergy throughout the transaction, including preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation, support during the buyer's due diligence process and assistance with the signing and completion. The transaction constituted a strategic divestment for the seller and formed part of a broader reorganisation and development strategy pursued by both parties. 

The project was supervised by Prof. ucz. dr hab. Rafał Woźniak, Partner in the Corporate and M&A Department and led by Senior Associate Katarzyna Stefaniak. The team also included Senior Associate Mateusz Bąk, Iga Sukiennik, Associate and Jakub Kozłowski, Junior Associate.
