The project, encompassing 185 apartments, along with additional commercial units and parking spaces, reflects the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Poland. The transaction was structured as a forward sale agreement, with Eiffage Polska Budownictwo acting as the general contractor.
DWF in Poland provided full-spectrum legal and transaction advisory services for this deal. The team supported Eiffage Immobilier Polska in transaction structuring, preparation, and negotiation of documentation, signing and closing, and provided ongoing legal assistance during the project development.
