DWF advises Solaque Holding in the sale of a package of two wind farms with a capacity of 51.4 MW

The DWF team in Poland have advised Solaque Holding Ltd., affiliated with GEO Renewables, on the sale of two wind farms to Fonnes sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Taaleri Plc.
The transaction consisted in the sale to Fonnes sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Taaleri Plc, of two wind farms, Grajewo and Mława, with a total capacity exceeding 51.4 MW of green power.

The scope of DWF Poland's advisory included preparation of transaction documentation, including a draft sale agreement, its negotiations with the buyer and support in the transaction closing phase. The entire work was supervised by Karol Lasocki, Partner of the Innovative Energy Department, and Rafał Woźniak, Partner and Magdalena Trzepizur, Senior Associate of the Corporate, M&A Department, were responsible for the transaction part.

Solaque Holding, a company registered in Cyprus, is affiliated with the GEO Renewables Group, operating in the renewable energy sector. GEO Renewables has been operating since 2010, and has already completed several dozen projects, mainly in wind and solar energy, whose total value exceeded PLN 2 billion. It conducts RES projects from the development stage through construction and operation. Currently, it manages the capacities of over 200 megawatts of the Zgorzelec, Jędrzychowice, Wróblew and Lubartów parks.
