This webinar intended to demystify the use of these particular Contract Templates by:
- outlining when Contract Templates can be appropriate when contracting for goods and services;
- discussing what should be considered when choosing and using these Contract Templates;
- looking at how both Contracting Authorities and Suppliers can benefit from use of these Contract Templates; and
- considering how the introduction of The Procurement Act 2023, which will now come into force from 24 February 2025, could impact the content and use of these Contract Templates within the government sector.
This webinar also included practical examples of how procurement professionals and advisers can maximise the benefit of using the Contract Templates for their ongoing procurement of goods and services.
