Jenna Parrot is a Senior Project Manager - CLM Implementation in the Legal Operations, Tech & Consulting practice area in DWF. Based in Chicago, Jenna works with client stakeholders and technology partners to prepare business requirement documents and leads design workshops all while understanding industry best practices.
Prior to DWF, Jenna worked as Legal Operations Manager for both private and public companies, supporting teams in CLM implementation and management, knowledge management, e-billing and budgeting, and the general corporate legal operations function. From her experience, she has become an expert in ITSM and Legal Intake, knowledge management, corporate entity management, contract management and administration and e-billing and budgeting.
Jenna holds a Masters in Law from the University of Southern California along with a Bachelors in Political Science from Carthage College.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, skiing, trivia and spending time with her husband, Dan, and rescue dog, Pinot.
