Felix has extensive litigation experience, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, predominantly in the historical abuse space, across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia. Felix also has significant experience acting for parties in subpoena objection hearings, advising insurers on indemnity matters and working on large commercial recovery matters.
