Vicki has a range of experience in a variety of work for private sector clients including employer re-structures, clearance applications, scheme amendments, liability management exercises and employer debt issues and solutions.
Significant experience across the landscape of pension aspects of corporate transactions allows Vicki to provide effective and efficient assistance to clients in assessing and protecting against financial and reputational risk.
Vicki also has LGPS experience in relation to outsourcing, admission agreements and issues relating to employer participation in and exits from the LGPS for both scheme employers and admitted bodies.
She also provides a professional support service to our UK wide team providing briefings and updates on developments in pensions law and practice and monitoring trends to allow us to support our clients in being proactive to upcoming changes.
