Experience
Based in Michigan, Thomas created the DWF cyber review process from scratch. He oversees a multi-national delivery team and designs and executes review innovations to improve speed and quality, leveraging nonlinear workflows and technology such as machine learning and other AI.
He has provided breach response and PII sorting solutions on more than 20 matters in less than a year, and is passionate about improving processes and helping organisations respond efficiently and effectively to cyber incidents.
Prior to joining DWF, Thomas served as Director at Epic, Associate Attorney at Single Stop and Counsel at Riipen.
He has managed cyber incident responses for almost a decade, in addition to managing litigation document reviews focused on antitrust and designing record management systems.
Thomas earned his JD and BA from Michigan State University. Outside of work he enjoys flyfishing, cycling, history, and science fiction.
