Shaun assists with a range of corporate and commercial disputes. He has represented clients in respect of commercial contract disputes, professional negligence claims and claims for injunctive relief for clients ranging from individuals, partnerships, SMEs, large international PLCs and public bodies.Shaun also regularly advises in relation to claims involving contentious trusts and probate, including acting for retail banks, professional executors / trustees and aggrieved beneficiaries. These claims include Inheritance Act Claims, validity disputes, cases of fraud and complex breach of fiduciary duty claims.
