Miguel has a strong track record in company acquisitions and disposals, as well as in corporate restructuring processes, and regularly advises groups in the industrial, telecommunications, property, hospitality, and consumer goods sectors.He also has extensive experience in personal taxation, both at national and international level, including advising on income tax, inheritance and gift tax, wealth tax and wealth planning.
He has also been involved in tax proceedings and tax audits, defending taxpayers’ interests through administrative channels and before the courts.
