Kristi Bateman

Senior Associate, Leeds

Kristi is a Senior Associate in our Healthcare team based in our Leeds office. She works in Claims and runs a wide range of claims predominantly on behalf of the NHS.

Experience

Kristi has been working in Clinical Negligence since 2012 when she began as a Paralegal in a Claimant firm. She progressed, obtained a training contract and following qualification as a Solicitor, progressed in her career becoming an Associate before she moved over to the Defendant side in March 2023.

Following her move, Kristi worked for another Panel firm for three years before starting her role as Senior Associate in the Healthcare team in March 2026.
