Experience
Prior to joining DWF, Kacper worked in one of Poland’s leading tax litigation teams, where he was involved in a variety of cases before administrative courts and tax authorities, as well as proceedings before the Court of Justice. He provided tax litigation advice to multinational companies from a variety of sectors, including FMCG, TMT, and manufacturing.
Kacper holds a first-class bachelor’s degree and a doctorate in law from the University of Oxford. He also read for an MSc in Political Theory at the LSE, where he graduated top of class, and held academic positions in the UK and Italy.
