Josh is an experienced clerk, recognised for his efficient, detail‑driven approach and strong understanding of civil litigation practice and regularly noted as being able to provide a top class service and being noted as great to work with by the Legal 500. With a background supporting a wide range of court work and drafting, Josh provides responsive and practical support to solicitors, clients, and counsel. He is known for clear communication, effective case and diary management, and a consistent focus on delivering a high standard of client service. Josh works closely with instructing solicitors to ensure matters are progressed smoothly and commercially, reflecting both his prior experience and his ongoing role within Chambers.
In conjunction with Clerking, Josh is primarily responsible for the diary management and practice development of all members of the DWF Chambers team and, along with the team of experienced clerks, to ensure the delivery of a first class service to all clients.
Alongside the Head of DWF Chambers, Josh is responsible for the continued development of clerking practices to ensure the highest quality service at all times. Josh’s role involves providing invaluable support to the Head of DWF Chambers, in the management and administration of the team and deputising in his absence.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys all manner of sports, but particularly Football and supports Manchester United. Josh also enjoys spending time with his family and friends and travelling to new places whenever the time allows.
