Experience
John is a highly experienced insurance lawyer and has been involved in the industry since 1994. He is admitted to practise in Australia and also in the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
John has worked for major insurance practices in Australia and London, as an Associate Director - Claims for a London based Lloyd's coverholder and as in house counsel for a major international insurance broker.
John has an in-depth understanding of the Australian and London insurance markets and wide-ranging experience in a variety of contentious and non-contentious insurance matters, with a principal focus on professional indemnity, property & ISR, public and products liability, regulatory and financial lines.
John is a member of several Australian Insurance Law Association Committees, including the Main Committee for NSW.
