Jill has extensive expertise in counter fraud and claims validation, with experience in defending suspected fraudulent insurance claims including motor claims, employer's liability, public liability as well as first party fraud.
Prior to specialising in counter fraud she pursued high value, catastrophic injury claims and clinical negligence claims.

She has a keen focus on strategic litigation and the technical aspects of counter fraud litigation. Jill has run numerous cases to successful outcomes and has worked closely with a number of clients in understanding their counter fraud philosophies and developing appropriate strategies. She regularly advises insurer management on leakage and exposure risk as well as more general guidance on process, claims handling and business improvement.
