Experience
Prior to joining DWF, James worked as a self-employed County Court Advocate appearing in a variety of civil hearings across both the Western and South Eastern Circuits. His experience involves small claims trials, OIC hearings, possession hearings and interlocutory hearings.James has also gained experience as a Paralegal working in a commercial and property litigation team; dealing with fast-track and multi-track claims. He possesses extensive experience in drafting having prepared witness statements and applications.
In his spare time James is an avid sports fan and can be found either following his beloved Liverpool Football Club or out on the golf course.
