Experience

Ranked as a leading corporate lawyer in both Chambers and Legal 500, Frank deals in all aspects of corporate finance work including flotations and fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. 

He acts for public and private companies as well as private equity funders, investment banks and management teams with a particular focus on the financial services, retail, technology and telecoms sectors.

Frank provides commercial, pragmatic corporate legal advice with a distinctively approachable style.

He holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
