Experience
Ewa is a Warsaw-based attorney-at-law trainee with several years of professional experience in civil, commercial, and international law. She has advised both corporate clients and private individuals on a wide range of legal issues, providing comprehensive assistance from the advisory stage to representation before Polish courts. Her practice covers contract law, commercial disputes, corporate governance, enforcement proceedings, and administrative matters, including cases with cross-border or international elements. She has been involved in numerous proceedings concerning contractual liability, recovery of receivables, protection of property rights, and enforcement of foreign judgments.
Ewa also prepares procedural pleadings, legal opinions, due diligence analyses, and notarial documents, and assists in developing litigation strategies and compliance solutions for businesses.
She graduated in Law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
