Dounya advises on all aspects of employment law, which notably includes all facets of individual and collective employment relations. She has been learning this field since 2022 and have had the opportunity to work in different environments, which allowed her to deepen and broaden her expertise in labour and employment law, covering both individual employment relationships and collective labour relations.Dounya has in handled matters relating to employee representative bodies, as well as issues concerning working time, variable remuneration and the prevention of moral and sexual harassment in the workplace.
She has also dealt with several employment litigation cases before the labour courts and numerous pre-litigation matters, notably regarding the tax and social treatment of settlement agreements
She advises companies (SMEs and corporate groups) on day to day HR matters, economic dismissal projects, restructurings, dealings with employee representatives, etc.
