Experience
Claire qualified in 2006 and since that time has worked as a defendant clinical negligence solicitor. Claire joined DWF in 2022 as a Senior Associate and now handles a large and varied caseload of clinical negligence matters for Insurer clients and defence organisations.
Claire has experience of claims under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and multi-party litigation having represented a Dutch manufacturer of intraocular lenses in a multi-party product liability claim, one of which was successfully defended at trial.
Claire also has experience of policy coverage and is able to advise on these issues.
