- Acting for Secure Income REIT (now LXi REIT) on a number of portfolio acquisitions, disposals, financings, CVAs, forward fundings and re-gears ranging in value from £196m to £773m across its circa £3.4 billion AUM portfolio. Also advising on assement management across the portfolio.
- Advising a global private equity firm with AUM of circa $68b on their long income fund including acquisitions, forward funding and asset management of over 200 assets.
- Acting for a global fund with AUM of circa $144b on a number of portfolio sale and leaseback, acquisition and forward funding transactions for its long income fund, including logistics, hotels and student accommodation.
