Carl's practice is primarily high value and complex personal injury claims to include multi seven figure actions and claims involving issues of Fundamental Dishonesty.Carl also has experience of occupational stress claim, regulatory matters and claims involving the FSCS on behalf of policyholders for defunct insurers.
