Experience
Camilla joined the team in Leeds in April 2012. She has extensive experience in complex high value and catastrophic injury claims. She works with Partner Lisa Collins advising insurer clients on liability, quantum and causation issues and devising strategy to achieve an economic settlement.
Camilla has worked predominantly on motor claims involving road traffic accidents but also has experience of employer's liability, public liability and fatal accident claims. The injuries can be significant and life-changing, including brain injury, amputation and paralysis. Camilla also has experience working on cases where there are significant issues on indemnity and policy coverage.
