His primary areas of expertise include construction contracts (covering EPC and EPCM models), design contracts, contracts for the supply of critical project equipment, and claim management. Bartosz effectively assists both investors and contractors, with significant experience in developing various construction projects, including factories, industrial installations, power grids, and interconnectors.
With a deep understanding of the energy market, Bartosz guides clients through key regulatory aspects at both national and EU levels. Additionally, he provides support in negotiating utility supply agreements, including power purchase agreements (PPAs).
As a nuclear power sector specialist, Bartosz offers advice throughout the entire life cycle of nuclear facilities.
