Alex is a solicitor in the commercial team, based at the DWF Liverpool office.
Alex specialises in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts on behalf of suppliers and customers, predominantly in a business to business context.
Alex has experience working within the retail, technology and energy sectors, with recent experience including:
- assisting in the drafting and finalising of consumer online and in-store terms and conditions for a large retailer in the context of purchasing specific products;
- providing commercial support to a number of key account clients, working closely within their in-house legal teams to manage client instructions, in both the retail and technology sectors;
- drafting and negotiating a facilities management agreement in the context of facilities management services at various sites across the country for a key client; and
- reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts such as framework agreements, terms and conditions of supply, terms and conditions of purchase, software/SaaS agreements, sponsorship agreements.
