Alejandro is a corporate law specialist with extensive experience in international procurement. He has a strong track record advising technology companies, universities, and research centers on intellectual and industrial property protection, technology transfer, and company formation, which also includes assisting with any institutional and internal regulation issues faced by these organizations.
Alejandro completed his law degree in Argentina and has gone on to study in Spain, where he has spent most of his professional career and is licensed to practice in both jurisdictions.
