Ravi joins DWF from a leading UK law firm where he was a partner as Head of Investment Funds.
His practice primarily advises private fund sponsors and asset managers active in the alternative investment space, with a focus on private equity, venture capital and real estate strategies.
Ravi’s appointment bolsters DWF’s existing pan-EU and MENA private funds capability. Based out of DWF's London office, Ravi will work closely with other relevant DWF practice groups to advise clients around the globe on all aspects of the private fund investment life cycle, from fund structuring and capital raising to investment, through investment management and onto exit.
