In the course of her professional experience, Claudia has also provided assistance in relation to environmental authorizations and urban planning and construction aspects, in the development of numerous projects. In the past, she collaborated, for over 16 years, with leading international and Italian law firms (Allen & Overy and Legance).
Enrico Curti has solid expertise in the field of public services and infrastructures, where he advises municipalities, public companies, private companies and financial institutions. Enrico regularly assists contracting authorities and major Italian utilities in tenders for gas distribution services. Enrico advises public administrations and private operators in public-private partnerships (PPP) with particular reference to project financing. Enrico is the author of several articles and speaker at conferences on gas distribution. Lastly, Enrico has collaborated with the law firm Bird & Bird. In DWF Italy, Enrico will be responsible for the Power & Public Utilities practice.
